The Government of Andhra Pradesh has started 3 residential degree colleges in the State, Kalikiri (Chitoor dist), Kanchikacherla (Vijayawada,Krishnadist) and Buddhera (Medak dist) exclusively for SC,ST & BC girl students in 2013. The degree course is offered free of cost and the budget for these colleges is sanctioned under SC Sub Plan by the Governement.
